As an international professional, specializing in the Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and the US, Martin Torres Combariza has amassed more than two decades of progressively senior professional experience in the oil and gas industry. He has demonstrated track record with managing large teams, delivering complex and fit for purpose solutions. Martin, highly qualified for the top managerial positions, with wide experience in Production Services, Project Management, BDM, Asset Management and Leadership, having strong skills to plan, market, execute and delivery production facilities solutions, mainly with companies such a Schlumberger and PTS. Martin graduated as Petroleum Engineer from Universidad of America, from Bogota, Colombia. He started his career in 1998 as a Field Engineer, filling several positions and becoming Surface Operations Manager after almost 13 years. He then joined Schlumberger where he occupied several positions in the Early Production Facilities group, including EPF
Project Manager, Latin America EPF Projects Director and Global Senior EPF Project Manager for almost 8 years.
By mid-2020, He co-founded MergerWay where he currently holds the position of Director of Operations.
